Before appointing Robin & Martin as our ICT support we were in a dark place with regard to our PC’s, our network and connectivity. Through a very honest and accurate assessment of our situation, we were able work together to find practical steps forward to improve the situation across the whole school. Our Robin & Martin technicians have since refurbished and networked our entire stock of PCs in school (we could not afford to replace them), which has had a huge impact on the way we can use ICT to support learning, but also deliver a more consistent computing curriculum. Our recently purchased tablet devices were not performing up to capacity. Rob and his staff were able to identify the problem with connectivity and Wi-Fi speed, which on recommendation, has now been updated to a more intelligent system that supports excellent connectivity (both online and network).
In summary, the support we are receiving is excellent and we look forward to a long and fruitful working relationship with Robin & Martin.

The technician service we receive from Robin & Martin Ltd, through John Nursall, is excellent. John keeps our system running smoothly and efficiently. He is quick to find and address the cause of faults and is an invaluable source of advice when we want to move our IT systems on. John has a great depth of knowledge and I know that I can rely on him to give me the best advice for our situation, no matter how confusing my question might be!
