This package of 24 hours can be redeemed at any point, and used however you wish. For instance, a full days support would use 7.5 of your 24 purchased hours.

Our dedicated support team will monitor the ticket desk and carry out any job tickets raised for your organisation remotely as well as carry out ongoing maintenance and updates remotely.
