Our flexible support package offers our customers unlimited telephone, email & remote technical support in the event of an emergency, as well as 24 hours of onsite support as and when required. This package of 24 hours can be redeemed at any point, and used however you wish. For instance, a full days support would use 7.5 of your 24 purchased hours.
