Our most popular package, especially for schools. With this option you get a regular dedicated technician who visits at a certain time, each and every week. They will work with you to plan your budgets, help deliver the curriculum, and resolve any problems that arise. The possibilities with this package are endless!

Flexible Support

Our flexible support package offers our customers unlimited telephone, email & remote technical support in the event of an emergency, as well as 24 hours of onsite support per term as and when required. This package of 24 hours can be redeemed at any point, and used however you wish. For instance, a full days support would use 7.5 of your 24 purchased hours.

Our dedicated support team will monitor the ticket desk and carry out any job tickets raised for you remotely as well as carry out ongoing maintenance and remote updates.

Ad-Hoc Support

For special projects, large one off installations, consultation or individual advice we also offer bespoke support packages. This type of support covers Server installations, WiFi upgrades, audio visual issues and school auditing and will be analysed and costed on a case by case basis but with the same efficient service.

This package is designed to provide our customers with the confidence that a dedicated support team are on hand via telephone, email or remote support to offer assistance and advice without an unnecessarily high support contract.
